How do I get started with ScriptureCue?

Sign up at scripturecue.com, create your church account, and share your Account ID with your congregation. Your operator opens the dashboard, starts a session, and ScriptureCue begins listening instantly — no hardware needed.
What microphone or equipment do I need?

Any standard microphone or headset connected to your computer works. ScriptureCue runs entirely in the browser — no app installs, no special hardware. A laptop with a built-in mic is enough to get started.
Can I try ScriptureCue before paying?

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature during the trial period.
How does billing work?

After your free trial you're billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Annual plans save you the equivalent of two months.
Is the member app free for my congregation?

Yes. Members download or visit the member app for free — there are no per-member charges. Your subscription covers your entire congregation regardless of size (up to the plan limit).
How accurate is the AI verse detection?

ScriptureCue uses real-time speech-to-text combined with Claude AI to understand natural preaching language — including paraphrased references, book names without verse numbers, and phrases like "turn to John chapter three." Accuracy is high but operators always have a confidence score visible and can approve or skip any detected verse.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again after that.
